[HUCK] Schedule update & Fall League logo contest

HUCK!

We're adjusting the last week of the regular season to avoid schedule repeats from earlier in the summer, we will also be posting playoff matchups to the website once we have seeding finalized. Speaking of playoffs, we'd like to take this opportunity to remind all participants that spirit of the game is paramount at HUCK as we strive to ensure a friendly and chill atmosphere for players of all ability levels.

Fall League Logo: The club is looking for a logo for our upcoming Fall League, please send your submissions to huckultimatect@gmail.com the winner will have their fall league registration costs reimbursed as a prize.

Mother nature has cooperated this week with the forecast allowing us to get some ultimate in before rain arrives later this evening. League provided pizza at the Spigot afterwards.

[HUCK] Take a Water Break

Gonna be a hot one out there tonight.

As we have done in the past on hot nights we will honor our friend Dennis Cronin and take an extra water break each half.  

When first team hits 4 and 12 points take a timeout in the game for everyone to get water.  It is not a half, so no switching sides or anything just an officials time out.  Even the world cup is doing it these days.

Let's have fun tonight and see you all for beer and pizza after.

Tonight's summer league games are cancelled due to inclement weather and very wet field conditions. For anyone looking to get some ultimate in this week we highly recommend Newington pickup on Thursday 6pm behind Newington High School.

[HUCK] HUCK Summer League updates

HUCK!

With week one in the books the leadership group wanted to reach out to the club on a few things:

#1. The bathroom code is 27178

#2. Field layout: The smaller soccer goals have been removed from the middle of the fields allowing us to return to our original layout (shoutout to league historian Nate Strick!) with field 3 being closest to the parking lot and field 1 closest to the playground and quaker lane.
